• We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, or force majeure
• Participants travel at their own risk
• We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings
• Medical emergencies are handled with best efforts, but we are not liable for outcomes
• We recommend comprehensive travel insurance

8. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to:

• Weather conditions or natural calamities
• Government regulations or restrictions
• Safety concerns or emergencies
• Operational requirements

In such cases, we will provide alternative arrangements of similar value or offer appropriate compensation.

9. Code of Conduct

Participants must:

• Dress modestly and appropriately for religious sites
• Refrain from alcohol and tobacco during the yatra
• Respect the sanctity of temples and holy places
• Avoid littering and maintain cleanliness
• Not engage in any illegal activities

Note: Violation of code of conduct may result in removal from the yatra without refund.
